Since this is an independent store (with 0 profit sharing) the packs are for sale at a discount.

Also, you will find many packs with individual items NOT sold in the iClone store.

All purchases are processed through Pay Pal. Upon making a valid purchase, you will recieve a communication with download instructions usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Your purchase will be in the form of a .zip file. Once you have downloaded and unzipped the file you will need to use the Import function of iClone to import the pack contents.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR UNZIP THE FOLDER DIRECTLY INTO YOUR iClone folder!!!

REFUNDS

My refund policy is the same as with most PC software purchases. Once you have been sent the download communication...NO reunds. It is the same as if you opened the PC software after purchase.

I will honor all refunds prior to sending the download communication.
